PTA

As a parent or associate of the school, you are automatically a member of our Parent Teacher Association which we call SWIFT (Shirley Warren in Friends Together). 

We orgnaise events for children and their families not only to give them enjoyable experiences but also to rasise money for school so that we can provide those little extras that school budgets do not allow. 

Last academic year our Shirley Warren Wonder Bars were a roaring success with every child winning their own golden ticket prize. Our Summer Fayre was a fabulous event with a real family feel. 

Monies raised this year have been put towards:- 

~ a school tip for every year group

~ bouncy castle hire for the end of term

~ the purchase of a school BBQ

~ equipment and resources for the Summer Fayre 

Our long term fundraising goal is to ensure the outdoor areas and playgrounds are well equipped and resourced.
